I went to the Insurance Auto Auction today and they have some nice vehicles. It's a dealer only auction, so the crowd was small and there are some deals to be had. I plan to add it to my weekly rounds in my never ending quest for cheap cars to resell. Send me your comments or thoughts.

It's getting cold out there.
I really thought it was going to be a nice warm day out there. Wish I had dressed warmer. I should have figured this out living here in Colorado for so long. Oh well, sit closer to the heater I guess. Keep warm. Go Bronco's!

Me and my trusty Pen Cam.
I'm never bored. I probably have way too much going on at any given moment. I'm an entrepreneur who creates things, business things, using technology and real world business principals. On any given day you will find me running around with my Blackberry syncing with my computer as I try to keep up with the myriad of tasks I have set up for my day.
Right now I own two car dealerships & I strive to sell the lowest priced cars in Denver. I'm also running the marketing and technology department for an auto recycling company called Metal Movers Inc., and just in case I might get bored I own a carpet cleaning company.
In between all this I like to travel with my family, play poker (I'm actually getting pretty good), do a little scuba diving and try to keep up with all the new technology coming out.
One fun little gadget that I picked up is a Pen Cam. This video camera is the size of a somewhat fat pen and can capture video and sound. I have used the pen to tape lectures, some of the cars I have for sale and a few other things like my adorable dog Dakota playing ball.
A friend of mine mentioned that because I write web pages that I might use the Pen Cam to keep track of some of the things in my day and post it to the web. I have always enjoyed Google and they seem to have a good blogging program so I decided to pair that with YouTube and see how it comes out. You will be the judge of how good or bad my efforts are and I hope to hear from you as to how I can improve. The video will not be great, but the portability of being able to just stick the video camera in my pocket is what I'm after so I can capture bits of my day. If things go well (if my boss gives me permission to post video) you will be able to peek into my world and see parts of my day. I have the most interesting job, and work with the most interesting people I have ever met. I'm looking forward to getting some video posted. "See" you soon.
